For my spiritual health, I have to continually withdraw into my quiet place where all I have is my prayer journal, my bible, and my mental space. That also means no texting and no communicating with anyone until that time is done. I have to sometimes turn my phone off or put it in a corner until I feel refilled. For my mental and physical health, Working out after work and on the weekends and taking naps helps tune off the noise and to refuel my mind and body. for my emotional health, I have to keep away from toxic people that bring negative energy into my life and do the things that make me happy such as painting, going on hikes or walks in nature, writing music or just spending quality time with my husband. Making sure that my life is not becoming something I am just trying to survive instead of enjoy is a huge indicator as to how well I have set up healthy boundaries for myself and my relationship with God and my spouse. If there is no joy or peace in my life, something is wrong.
